Return & Refund Policy

At Nu-Nv, every piece is carefully curated and individually photographed so you know exactly what you're purchasing. As a store specializing in one-of-a-kind preloved fashion, we encourage customers to read each product description carefully and review all photos before placing an order.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Original sale tags (or tags attached by Nu-Nv) remain attached.

  • The item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The return request is submitted before the 14-day return window expires.

Because every item is unique, exchanges are generally not available.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from their description:

  • Hosiery, tights, socks, and undergarments

  • Swimwear (unless unworn with hygiene protection intact)

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Condition of Preloved Items

Nu-Nv specializes in secondhand clothing. Minor signs of previous wear are normal and are considered part of the character of preloved fashion.

Any noticeable flaws, repairs, discoloration, or imperfections are photographed and/or described in the product listing whenever possible. These disclosed characteristics are not considered defects for the purpose of returns.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@nu-nv.com.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or significantly different from its description.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an incorrect item, damage during shipment, or a significant listing error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Nu-Nv cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
